I’m an English teacher, creative writing graduate student, and certified yoga teacher. I’m also a lot of other things, like crazy cat lady and “black thumb” extraordinaire, but let’s not talk about my unfortunate cat allergy or inability to keep plants alive. I’m just so glad you’re here.
This website is for you!
It’s all about yoga, education, and service. Here is what you’ll find here:
First, you can learn all about FlowMats, my not-for-profit yoga mat company. Buy a yoga mat! Since founding FlowMats in 2015, I’ve been on a mission to raise money to build a school for over 1,000 underprivileged children in northern India.
Second, you can check out my curated list of favorite books and see everything I read in 2017 and 2018. I love to read, I love to share what I’m reading, and, even more, I love to get book recommendations from other readers! Please leave a comment on any of those pages with your favorite titles. I take book recommendations seriously. Also! If you like Kindle e-books, check out the Kindle Unlimited Membership Plans. If you prefer audiobooks, try Audible and Get Two Free Audiobooks.
Third, you can read my personal, unbiased, and unsponsored reviews of programs and products. My most-read review is my (kind of brutal) review of Health Coach Institute, which has been getting 100+ organic views per day since early 2017. It might make you mad, or maybe you’ll thank me later, but it’s a must-read for anyone considering a career in health coaching. If that interests you, you may also enjoy my review of the eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certification program.
Last, but certainly not least, this website is where you can find my free 300-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training curriculum, which is currently under development. How cool, right!? I’m so excited to share this free yoga program with you. I’ll update that part of the website more in the coming months. Bookmark it or check back later.
Thank you for stopping by Good Talk Ash!
